Do you train AI models on my conversations?
No. AskAI.free never uses your prompts or conversations to train AI models, and our upstream providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) honour the same opt-out via API.

Where is my AskAI.free data stored?
Your account, chat history and saved prompts live on our servers (encrypted at rest). Free and anonymous chats, images and videos are automatically deleted after 24 hours; Pro and Max accounts keep theirs until deleted.

Can I delete my chat history and account on AskAI.free?
Yes, you can delete individual chats from the dashboard, or close your account from the billing portal which permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

Is it safe to share confidential information with AskAI.free?
Treat AI chat the same way you'd treat any cloud service, fine for most personal and professional use, but avoid sharing trade secrets, PHI or anything you wouldn't put in a Google Doc.

Is AskAI.free GDPR compliant?
Yes, we honour data-access, data-portability and right-to-be-forgotten requests, and we don't transfer EU personal data without standard contractual clauses in place.
