For anonymous visitors and free accounts, your chats and any images or videos you generate are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. Pro and Max accounts retain this history until they choose to delete it or close their account. You can view, download and delete your saved chats, images and videos at any time from your account's File Manager. We never sell your data or use your conversations to train AI models.
Uploaded Photos & Face Data
Photos and media you upload to our AI image and face swap tools are processed to generate the result you request. Automated filters are switched on to detect and block nudity and other sexual, explicit, or prohibited content in uploads and results. To keep the service safe and to improve it, a randomly selected sample of uploads and results may be reviewed - automatically or by our team - to detect abuse, enforce our policies, and improve the safety, quality, and accuracy of the system. We do not sell your images, and we do not use them to build biometric or facial-recognition profiles to identify individuals. Most uploads are deleted shortly after processing; anything retained for the review and improvement purposes above is kept only as long as needed and then deleted. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the consent of every person whose image or face you upload, as described in our Terms of Service.

Local Storage
The extension uses chrome.storage.local (or the equivalent browser storage API) to save your chat history and selected AI model on your own device. This data never leaves your browser unless you explicitly send a message. You can clear it at any time by starting a new chat or clearing your browser extension data.
Chat Messages
When you send a message in the extension popup, it is transmitted to askai.free over an encrypted HTTPS connection, processed by the selected AI model provider, and the response is streamed back. The extension does not intercept, log, or forward your messages to any destination other than askai.free.
Permissions Used

- Host access to askai.free: Send chat messages to and receive AI responses from the AskAI service. The browser automatically includes your session cookie with these requests via standard
credentials: "include"fetch behaviour — no special cookie permission is required.
The extension does not collect browsing history, monitor other tabs, inject scripts into web pages, or access any data outside of the askai.free domain.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.
