• The Service and its Output are not substitutes for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial, technical). Always seek the advice of qualified professionals for such matters. Do not rely on Output for critical decisions without independent verification.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in your use of the Service and its Output.
• You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique and other users may receive similar or identical responses from the AI Models.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service, or assist or enable others to use the Service, to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Generate, transmit, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
• Generate or disseminate misinformation, disinformation, spam, or unsolicited promotions.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate AskAI.free, an AskAI.free employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the AI Models or the Service, except to the extent such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service, acceptable use policies, or usage guidelines of the underlying third-party AI Model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Use any automated system, such as "bots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser, without our express prior written permission.
• Engage in data scraping or data harvesting from the Service without our express prior written permission.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by AskAI.free, or in a way that competes with, disparages, or infringes upon the rights of AskAI.free.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access, for any violations of these Prohibited Activities.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Your Prompts

You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in the Prompts you submit to the Service. By submitting Prompts, you grant AskAI.free a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, and transmit your Prompts solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, improving the Service, and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy. This license continues even if you stop using our Service, for the limited purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Service.

AI-Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the relevant third-party AI Model provider, AskAI.free assigns to you any rights it may have in the Output generated and returned to you through the Service based on your Prompts. However, you acknowledge that:

• The ownership of AI-generated Output can be complex and may be subject to the terms of the respective third-party AI Model providers. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms.
• Output may not be unique across users, and the Service may generate the same or similar Output for AskAI.free or a third party.
• AskAI.free makes no representation or warranty that the Output does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You use the Output at your own risk.

Feedback

If you provide us with any suggestions, comments, or other feedback relating to the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use such Feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Third-Party AI Models

The Service integrates and relies on AI Models provided by third parties such as OpenAI and Anthropic ("Third-Party AI Providers"). Your use of these AI Models through our Service is also subject to their respective terms of service, privacy policies, and usage guidelines, which you should review. Links to these may be provided on our Site or can be found on the respective providers' websites.

AskAI.free is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, availability, content, security, or any other aspect of these third-party AI Models or the policies of Third-Party AI Providers. Any concerns regarding the Output or functionality of a specific AI Model should be considered in light of the terms of its provider. We do not control and are not liable for how Third-Party AI Providers use information you provide to them through the Service (e.g., your Prompts).

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, ASKAI.FREE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THE OUTPUT GENERATED BY AI MODELS IS BASED ON DATA AND ALGORITHMS THAT MAY BE INCOMPLETE, BIASED, OR OUTDATED. ASKAI.FREE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE FACTUAL ACCURACY, ORIGINALITY, OR APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY OUTPUT.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
