How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan, enter your card on Stripe Checkout, and you get full premium access for 7 days. We don't charge anything until the trial ends. Cancel before then in the billing portal and you'll never be billed.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes — open the billing portal from your account and change the plan. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What happens to my chats if I cancel?
You drop back to the Free plan and your saved chat history stays accessible. You just lose access to premium models, file uploads and higher limits.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard in the industry.
What if I want a refund?
The free trial means you'll never pay before deciding. After that we offer a pro-rated refund within 14 days of charge for any reason — just email us.
