Can I delete my chat history and account on AskAI.free?
Quick answer: Yes — you can delete individual chats from the dashboard, or close your account from the billing portal which permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
Two levels of deletion:
- Per-chat — open the account dashboard, find the chat, click delete. The chat and its messages are gone immediately.
- Full account — email us with your account email and the request "delete my account". We confirm via the same email, then within 30 days we permanently delete all chats, saved prompts, referral records and the account row itself. Backups containing your data are rotated out within 90 days.
If you have an active subscription, cancellation happens automatically as part of the deletion — we don't charge a card we're about to lose access to.
